3. Client Obligations and Cooperation
To pursue your case, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your situation — including transaction records, wallet addresses, and communications with the platform or individual involved — and to notify us promptly if anything changes. You authorize us to communicate on your behalf with exchanges, financial institutions, and, where applicable, law enforcement, solely for the purpose of investigating and pursuing your case. Providing false or misleading information, or failing to respond to reasonable requests for information, may result in the suspension or termination of your case.
4. No Guarantee of Recovery
CoinTrace Pro makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any stolen, lost, or inaccessible digital assets will be recovered. Blockchain forensics and recovery services involve complex technical, legal, and jurisdictional factors outside our control. Any case outcomes shared on this Site, including statistics such as total funds recovered, represent historical results and are not indicative of future performance or your individual case outcome.
5. Not Legal or Financial Advice

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinTrace Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
