Services
Everything involved in cryptocurrency scam recovery.
From the first trace to the final negotiation with the merchant — here's exactly what we do to reclaim stolen crypto, and what we don't promise.

What we do
Seven services, one goal: a documented, actionable case.

Blockchain Transaction Tracing
Our certified investigators follow the on-chain money trail across wallets, exchanges and bridges — the technical core of stolen crypto recovery. We cover Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Polygon, Litecoin, Ripple and Avalanche, and specialize in multi-hop tracing through mixers and chain-hopping.
- Multi-hop transaction tracing
- Exchange & wallet identification
- Written trace summary

Merchant Account Freeze Requests
We share court orders and evidence with the relevant exchange to request a freeze on the merchant's account and identify who's behind it. This stage typically takes about a week once the case file and legal groundwork are ready.
- Exchange evidence packages
- Freeze request submission
- Account holder identification support

Evidence Documentation
A clear, organized report of findings you can use with your bank, an exchange, or your own attorney. This is the written output of the tracing and jurisdiction work above — not a separate investigation.
- Structured case file
- Transaction & communication log
- Shareable with third parties
Merchant & Jurisdiction Identification
We work to identify the platform behind the transaction and the jurisdiction it operates in — the piece that determines which regulator or authority can actually act on your case.
- Platform research
- Jurisdiction identification
- Fraud-pattern history check
Regulatory Complaint Support
Guidance on filing in the merchant's jurisdiction — working with your own attorney where you have one, or pointing you toward firms experienced in that jurisdiction.
- Complaint preparation
- Works with your existing attorney
- Firm referrals where needed
Settlement Negotiation
Once evidence and your legal filing are in place, we open direct negotiation with the merchant to press for a refund. Like every service on this page, there's no fee to us for this — you only ever cover your own legal or filing costs.
- Evidence-based negotiation
- Coordinated with your legal action
- No guaranteed outcome — explained upfront
Case Guidance & Support
A single point of contact who explains each step and what it can realistically achieve, from first intake through to negotiation, Monday through Saturday.
- One point of contact
- Same-day or next business day contact
- Confidential handling
FAQ
Questions about our services.

How long does a blockchain trace actually take?+
Once your documentation is in and the case file is prepared (typically within the first few days), the dual-track investigation — identifying the merchant while tracing the transaction — usually runs 1 day to 1 week, depending on how many hops the funds have moved through.
Can you trace funds that moved through several wallets or a mixer?+
Often yes, though it gets harder with each additional hop. Multi-hop tracing through mixers, bridges, and chain-hopping is what our transaction-tracing service specializes in — but we'll tell you honestly if a specific trail has gone cold.
Do I need a lawyer before I contact you?+
No. If you already have one, we work alongside them. If you don't, our regulatory complaint support includes guidance on filing yourself, and referrals to firms experienced in the relevant jurisdiction where that helps.
Is there a fee for any of these services?+
No — the investigation, case documentation, exchange coordination, and negotiation are all covered at no cost to you. You only ever pay for your own direct costs, like legal counsel or official filing fees, and we're upfront about which of those apply before you commit to anything.
